Solicitud de Aclaración de la Sentencia T-084/12.
El memorialista solicitó la aclaración del numeral segundo de la sentencia de la referencia, en el sentido de indicar en forma precisa a quienes se extienden los beneficios a los que se refiere la sentencia, teniendo en cuenta que existen otros fallos proferidos en procesos de tutela originados en demandas idénticas, con resultados adversos a los trabajadores, que no fueron revisados por la Corte.
Por encontrar improcedente la solicitud de aclaración impetrad, la Sala decide RECHAZARLA.
